École St. Mary School

The Regina Catholic School Division was informed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority of a COVID-19 case at École St. Mary on Monday. It has resulted in the closure of the impacted classroom.

“In consultation with public health, close contacts have been identified and all parents/students of the impacted classroom were notified and provided information on self-isolation,” stated a spokesperson with the school division on Monday. “We are working closely with public health staff to ensure necessary measures are in place to protect all students.”

Affected families have been phoned with additional information sent via email Monday afternoon. All other classrooms remain open with classes resuming per usual on Tuesday.

Regina Catholic reminds its school families that remote learning for schools within the division starts up on March 29.
