A 23-year-old woman is facing charges into allegations of a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old.

The Regina Police Service first received the allegation on January 28. After an investigation by the Regina Children’s Justice Centre, assisted by the RCMP, the investigation found an alleged sexual relationship had been developed between a female adult and a male child under the age of 16.

23-year-old Tori Lynn Peterson of Regina is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

Peterson was released on conditions and scheduled to make her first court appearance in late March.
