A Regina man is facing two assault charges after an incident with two women.

On December 11, a 49 year old woman was breaking off a romantic relationship with a man she met online a few months earlier.

Another woman accompanied the 49 year old woman for support.

Allegedly the man became angry and charged both women striking each of them with a forceful “chest bumps”.

During the investigation, Police discovered the suspect was the subject of a Conditional Sentence Order requiring to keep the peace and good behaviour.

Upon further inspection, police arrested 44 year old Shane Dayman who also goes by Shane Brody who has been charged with two counts of assault.

Dayman made his first court appearance on Monday.
