The 23-year-old charged after explosive devices were found inside and outside the Superstore in East Regina earlier this month seeks a bail hearing next week.
Kyle Poag was charged after the incident on July 9 where what was believed to be a pipe bomb and a molotov cocktail were found with one inside the store and another in the parking lot.
His lawyer says if he is granted bail, he would stay with his mother. A mental health assessment has also been ordered.
Once the reports are back, a bail hearing will be scheduled. Its believed that hearing would happen sometime next month.
The Crown is opposed to releasing Poag who was an employee of the store.
