Four Regina businesses including Costco potentially exposed to COVID-19

The Saskatchewan Health Authority are letting people know an individual who tested COVID-19 positive visited the following businesses in Regina when the individual was likely infectious on the following dates:

  • Tim Horton’s – Victoria Square – Sept. 17 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Superstore Golden Mile – Sept. 17 6:45- 7:15 p.m.
  • Urban Planet – 921a Albert Street – Sept. 18 11 a.m.- 12 noon
  • Costco – 2110 Anaquod Road – Sept. 18 12 noon-1:30 p.m.

Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at these business locations on the specified dates during the specified times to immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and to call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing. All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.

Symptoms include: fever, cough, headache, muscle and/or joint aches and pains, sore throat, chills, runny nose, nasal congestion, conjunctivitis, dizziness, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite (difficulty feeding for children), loss of sense of taste or smell, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
