A Regina man is facing five charges in connection to a break and enter incident in the city’s east end.
Regina Police were called to the 2200 block of MacKay Street, near Arcola Avenue, where there was a report of a weapons offence. It was reported the suspect pointed a fake firearm at a woman at the residence. The suspect then left the scene with a firearm belonging to the victims.
The suspect was known to the victim, but was not welcome to the residence. After a description was provided, the suspect was found a short time later, and was arrested.
24-year-old Trey Asapace faces five charges, including assault with a weapon, break and enter with intent to steal a firearm, and breach of probation.
