Beetlejuice 2 officially wrapped filming over 35 years after Beetlejuice was released back in 1988. It was immediately a hit and has a massive cult following!
If you haven’t seen it -it follows a recently dead couple Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara Maitland (Geena Davis) as they summon the undead exorcist ‘Betelgeuse’ (Michael Keaton) to scare off the family who moves into their home after they passed.
Tim Burton says they are DONE filming and in post-production!
Production on the film paused when the SAG-AFTRA strike began in July so we are getting it a little later than originally anticipated.
Beetlejuice 2 will be out on September 6, 2024!
