Regina city police are asking for public assistance after a pair of shootings that occurred on the 800 block of Rae street Friday morning.

Officers were called to a residence at around 8:50 am for reports that a home in the area had been shot at and ammunition had come through the wall of the residence. No one was injured in this first shooting.

A secondary call came from a separate residence while officers were enroute. At a second residence on the same block a man had what appeared to be a gunshot wound.

Officers arrived and a male victim was taken to the hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries.
