Canadian Western Agribition will be reporting a loss on last fall’s show in Regina.

The full financial report will be released at the annual meeting April 13th.

CEO Chris Lane says COVID-19 had an impact on the show, but the loss was less than expected.

He says a key highlight was Agribition being able to hold a full schedule for its 50th anniversary show.

Lane says the loss will have no impact on the show going forward.

He says the 500 thousand dollar contingency fund remains intact.

Lane says attendance reached 85 thousand at last falls week-long show.
