Regina Police is investigating an arson incident that took place over the weekend.

On Saturday morning, just before 3:30 AM, police and Regina Fire were called to the 1500 block of Retallack Street, where an unknown suspect allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at the back door of a residence, starting a small fire.

Two people were asleep inside of the house at the time, and were able to put out the fire. No one was injured in the incident.

Police are requesting assistance from the public on finding suspects in the matter. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
