Police in Moose Jaw are warning motorists of hazardous road conditions, as freezing rain hits the region Tuesday morning.
In a news release police say they’ve responded to multiple collisions Tuesday morning.
Thatcher Drive NW before the VLA gate to Stadacona Street W closed due to numerous vehicles blocking the area. Thatcher Drive has since re-opened, but Moose Jaw Police are urging caution to those traveling in the area.
Police say sanding crews are making their way around the city.

Buses in Moose Jaw were temporarily suspended as freezing rain hinders parts of Saskatchewan Tuesday.
Moose Jaw Transit resumed at 11:55 Tuesday morning after being suspended due to safety reasons.
Recycling pickup will also not be taking place Tuesday. The City of Moose Jaw says crews will instead make their scheduled pick-up on Saturday.
